Blue Chip is delighted to announce an invoiced turnover in excess of £16 million for 2009/2010 - a record year for the award winning information technology services provider, headquartered in Poole, Dorset.

Managing Director, Richard Cook, said: “While we have seen continued growth across all of our core services*, including unprecedented demand for training courses, it is our dedication to, and investment in service excellence which has particularly delivered growth this financial year.

“The advent of mobile technologies has resulted in increased demand for around-the-clock support across different platforms, which we have answered with a 24/7 service contract offering, as standard, without the typical financial penalties usually associated with this level of support.”

Despite a challenging economic climate for many of Blue Chip’s new and existing customers, the service level drive has bolstered its client wins across the public, private, and commercial sectors, whilst enhancing existing contracts across the country.

Cook adds: “We have certainly noticed a client shift towards a requirement both for technologies which can substantiate bottom line benefits whilst improving performance, and a high level of service support. Being able to deliver on all counts has been key to our success.”

He concludes: “This has been a defining year for Blue Chip in many ways, and has laid the foundation for continued growth in the coming years. I congratulate the whole team on their consolidated effort to ensure our business aims continue to be met, and our competitive edge is maintained as we move into the next financial year.”
