Walt Disney's revenue for the final quarter was boosted significantly by a number of hit blockbusters.
Disney reported a 7% rise in revenues to $12.39bn (£7.8bn), beating expectations slightly.
Guardians of the Galaxy and Maleficent boosted growth in its studio unit by 18%.
Disney has also revealed plans to release a Toy Story 4 film in 2017.
"Our results for fiscal 2014 were the highest in the company's history, marking our fourth consecutive year of record performance," said chief executive Robert Iger in a statement.
Mr Iger added that the five Marvel films released since 2009 have brought in an average of $1bn in global box office sales.
Revenue at Disney theme parks and resorts was also up 7% on higher ticket prices and visitor numbers.
The recession is over. It's time to grow!
