Apple is planning to push its Beats music streaming service to all of its iPhones in the new year.
The Beats app will be installed as standard on iOS8 iPhones and iPads.
Apple purchased Beats from $3bn (£1.9bn) in May. Although Beats is primarily known for its headphones, it has recently started to focus on streaming music.
By pre-loading the app onto its devices, Apple will be able to reach customers much easier in a time when downloads from iTunes are falling.
