Cynthia Kesington is a Mind and Body Coach, motivational speaker and Pilates instructor with over five years experience. She’s also an Adidas women Run Coach and a trainer at the Deliciously Ella. She is recognized for her smiley, inspiring, and vibrant demeanour.
Cynthia classes caters to people of all levels – from beginners right through to the more advanced trainer. Her classes are fun but at the same time challenging and geared towards delivering results!
