EasyJet founder Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou is taking the company to court, after despairing at some of the business decisions taken by the now public airline company. Sir Stelios claims that the airline is attempting to turn a significant profit on aspects of the business that should only be ancillary. Under the terms of a branding license agreement, only 25% of the airline's income can come from services other than flying customers to and from their destinations.
