Ariadne Capital Syndicates £2.1Million Funding For Multi-Platform Content Innovators Enrich Social Productions

Group of successful entrepreneur investors fund rising media creation and distribution firm
Ariadne Capital, the London-based investment and advisory firm founded and led by Julie Meyer, has syndicated £2.1m worth of funding from leading entrepreneurs for Enrich Social Productions (ESP), the rising media creation and distribution firm. Ariadne has a founding equity stake in ESP and has advised the firm since June 2007 through two funding rounds.
ESP has built a real time technology platform which creates and optimises formats for brands across multiple distribution channels. Ariadne has helped ESP to receive backing from the same group of investors who supported it in its first round of funding in addition to more leading gaming and media entrepreneurs.
Julie Meyer, CEO of Ariadne Capital and star of BBC Dragons Den Online says: "ESP could see that the development and distribution of formats, which the UK does well, would move online. I was involved in the interpreting of the BBC's 'Dragon's Den' format to the web and so was intrigued to be part of a venture which would do that on a broad scale: in this way 'Britain's Got Talent' has become 1Click2Fame, which is broadcast to the web, mobile and into Tesco stores. The funding ESP has acquired will provide it with the means to really drive innovation and thrive in the industry - it will change the game for them."
