The inter-bank rate-rigging scandal that has rocked Barclays has now seen the bank have their outlook lowered by rating agency Moody's.
Following the resignation of three senior board members this week Moody's has lowered the bank's outlook from stable to negative.

"Although this could have potentially positive implications over the longer term, the uncertainty surrounding such a change in direction is credit negative in the short term," the agency said.
