Masterclass fee
The fee includes attendance at the masterclass, masterclass materials and lunch and light refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks. The course fee does not include accommodation, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred.

Payment Terms 
The fee is due and payable online at the time of booking.

Prices quoted exclude VAT which will be added at the current rate.

Substitutions and Cancellations by the Delegate
A substitute may take the delegates place provided we are notified in writing 3 days prior to the conference. However delegates can’t share places.
A delegate may cancel and not refer their place but the fees will not be refunded.

Cancellations and Changes 
If for reasons beyond our control we have to change the location of the conference we will try to give you as much advance notice as possible of any such change and a suitable venue within close proximity to the original venue will be found.

Alterations to the Masterclass Programme
It may be necessary, for reasons outside of our control, for us to make alterations to the content, speakers, and timing compared to the advertised programme. If this does happen then we will advise accordingly.

Your contact details
We will use the contact and delegate details you enter during the registration process to provide you with further details, event pre-reading and for your registration badge.

We may also include you in our mailing list, which we will use to contact you by email from time to time with information on our other events. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from this list.

We will never under any circumstances give your details to a third party.

These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. Our advertisements are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between FBT Media Ltd and the recipient. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and changes will apply to any enrolment/conference order received after the date of the change. These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written agreement signed by an officer of FBT Media Ltd. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
