Co-founder & CMO – Perkbox
Before co-founding Perkbox, the UK’s fastest-growing employee engagement platform, Chieu established himself as a tech marketing force to be reckoned with, leading initiatives for brands including Microsoft, Amazon, and Yahoo. A consultant turned CMO, Chieu’s repertoire spans both B2C and B2B, from SEO to social strategy.
Head of PR – Perkbox
Alexandra is Head of PR at Perkbox,UK’s fastest-growing employee engagement platform. Previously, Alexandra worked as a PR Manager for B2B tech clients including Egencia, Catapult Sports, and SEMrush. Originally from Spain, she graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Law and Economics.
CEO & Founder – YPlan
Rytis founded his first company (servicing and white box PC assembly) at the age of 14 and has been part of the European tech ecosystem as founder, angel investor and venture capitalist since then. Most recently, Rytis was co-founder and CEO of YPlan, the world’s first mobile-only event booking app. Backed by General Catalyst, Octopus Ventures, Amex, Ashton Kutcher and others, YPlan was acquired by the Time Out Group in October 2016.
Before YPlan, Rytis was Vice President at a growth equity fund Summit Partners (investments include Avast Software and Acturis Software). As angel investor and advisor, Rytis has backed and supported founders of innovative startups including Trafi, City Pantry, Roli, Student.com, NordVPN and others, and also serves as a venture partner at Target Global, a $500m VC fund, where he supports exceptional b2b software and consumer marketplace entrepreneurs.
MD & Founder – Eight&Four
Kate founded eight&four, a social media consultancy, in 2008. Working in the lifestyle sector, predominantly for travel, hotel, and hospitality brands, eight&four now works as the global strategic social partner for companies such as Melia Hotels International, Sandals and Wyndham Hotels.
Kate has scaled the business over the last 10 years to a £5m+ consultancy, and led on its acquisition by the creative services network the Cubo Group in 2014. As MD, Kate continues, focused on eight&four’s mission to become the global go-to social agency for the travel & hospitality sector.
CEO & Founder – DanDan Digital
Craig has been in the technology industry for 20 years and having sold his previous company, he then created DanDan Digital in 2015. The four founders of the business have all worked together for years in the area of digital marketing. He has since created a new Prop-Tech start-up www.yourkeyz.com and has invested in Social Sync.
Craig created Last Second Tickets (LST) https://tickets.ee.co.uk/ in 2009 which was the first company in the UK to sell tickets to live events, primarily via smartphones & tablets. The company focused on clearing unsold tickets on behalf of promoters, theatre managers, producers and artists in the final 7 days before that event went live. It did this by sending geo-targeted 1-2-1 messages via email, SMS and Push Notifications to the mobile app. LST sold these tickets via ‘white label’ sites for EE, Orange, ASOS, Mastercard and Confused.com. LST was sold to Monitise for £12.3M in 2014.
Craig was CEO and 50% owner of Brainstorm www.brainstorm.co.uk a mobile technology company that created the industry’s leading mobile marketing platform. Brainstorm was used successfully for thousands of mobile marketing campaigns including Saturday night text voting for the X Factor and for O2, Virgin Mobile, Vodafone, MTN, Movistar MTV, ITV, MiG, U2 and GMTV. Brainstorm initially founded the Mobile Marketing Association in 1999 (with Flytxt) and was bought by Opera Telecom in 2005 for £3.2M.
Prior to joining Brainstorm, Craig was the UK CEO of Abilizer, an $85M start up from Silicon Valley creating Corporate Portals.
Prior to Abilizer he owned his own company called Select Marketing / Intra-Extra which was an employee benefits business that he sold to the ID Data Group in 1999.
CEO & Co-Founder – LeSalon
Jean-Michel is a French entrepreneur, co-founder, and CEO of LeSalon – the leading on-demand beauty service in London. They provide high-quality beauty treatments to busy Londoner’s houses, offices and hotel rooms.
LeSalon is changing the way beauty is delivered, offering a luxurious experience at home while empowering the professionals delivering the service. Jean-Michel was named to Forbes 30 under 30 list in the category Retail and E-Commerce for reinventing the way we shop, online and off.
Prior to LeSalon, Jean-Michel worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman in Munich and in AIG’s European Headquarter’s in Paris.
He holds a Masters in Management degree from the London Business School and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the ESSEC Business School. He speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Vietnamese.
CEO – Minicabit
A versatile ‘all-rounder’ with 15 years’ management experience. Amer has both broad and deep marketing experience in launching innovative Global and local products & propositions for mobile operators and internet companies.
Now running his startup, minicabit.com (as seen on BBC’s Dragons’ Den and backed by O2), he is on a mission to bring online cab booking to the UK’s masses. Amer was previously responsible for Vodafone Group’s internet partnerships with eBay, Facebook, Google Maps, MySpace, and others. This was followed by responsibility for Vodafone Global’s Apps proposition for both developers and end users, as well as the publishing of Apps into Vodafone’s App Store.
Founder – Frugl
Suzanne Noble is the founder of Frugl and recently set up a social enterprise, Advantages of Age. For over twenty years she worked as a PR Director for some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry before setting up Frugl in 2014, a site that curates the best daily deals and low-cost events from a range of trusted providers as well as its own user-generated content. Most recently, she created a business academy funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, that aims to help entrepreneurs over 50 set up a new business or support their existing one.
CEO & Founder – Prettly
Rhea is a London Business School MBA graduate (2013) and formerly worked as the Deputy Director of Business Development and Marketing for a London-based alternative investment fund. She has a wealth of consulting experience from Boston Consulting Group: the world’s leading advisor on business strategy, and early stage startup experience from e-commerce platform Artfinder.com. Rhea was inspired to found PRETTLY due to her busy calendar and love of beauty, thereby discovering a niche in the market for affordable and on demand beauty services.
CEO & Co-Founder – Ten Lifestyle Group plc
Alex Cheatle co-founded Ten Lifestyle Group plc in 1998. As CEO, Alex is responsible for the vision, global strategy, and focus on ever-improving service levels that is starting to establish Ten as “the most trusted service business in the world”. Ten is fast growing with over 700 employees in 20 wholly owned offices globally, benefits from a market leading technology platform and is listed on the London Stock Market (“TENG”).
Prior to founding Ten, Alex was a Sales and Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble for six years, where he was responsible for the European sales and marketing of the Oil of Olay brand.
Alex is also a celebrated speaker, having spoken about his experiences and views on issues ranging from all types of service businesses to how businesses can earn trust, changing global cultures, and innovation in business. In his personal time, Alex is a family man with a keen interest in tennis.
CEO & Founder – 10Eighty
Michael is CEO and Founder of 10Eighty. He is passionate about helping people maximise their potential and believes everyone should have job satisfaction and a successful career. He helps organisations design jobs and career paths that maximise employee engagement.
Michael’s background is in Human Resources, having worked in the NHS and Financial Services sector. He has successfully run HR consultancies specialising in career management for the last 20 years.
Daniel is an entrepreneur with 10 years’ of startup experience across B2C and B2B. Daniel was recently Co-founder and Chief Executive of Streetlike a retail technology startup that delivered store rewards experience using kiosk technology. He directed the development & delivery of innovative digital solutions for enterprise retail and brands clients including William Hill, Coca-Cola, KFC, Subway, Unilever and Walgreens Boots Alliance. He is currently advising a mobile B2B startup in Accenture ‘s Fintech Innovation Labs.
CEO & Co-Founder – 3D LifePrints
Henry Pinchbeck is a Founder and the CEO of 3D LifePrints. He is an experienced businessman and a qualified solicitor. A scientist by training, Henry converted to law and spent 10 years as a solicitor with Manches LLP advising on commercial, property and renewable energy matters. The subsequent 5 years were spent in small and medium sized businesses, firstly as in-house counsel and then in management roles. As CEO, Henry is responsible for all 3DLP’s global activities but particularly concentrates on the development of the medical 3D printing sector in the UK.
Co-Founder & Managing Director – ACT Clean
Russell, ACT Clean’s managing director, had relocated from Northern Ireland to London in 1996 to study for a degree in computer science and business as a mature student. After graduating he joined IT company, Euroclear, on a graduate programme in the City of London, before taking up a role as finance director for Aquila Support Services in 2003. Shortly after, he was appointed managing director. This role in a smaller company was to prove seminal as it gave Russell the scope to run a business and provide a platform to set up ACT Clean. Russell is the architect of the company’s business model, quiet, observant and commanding, constantly forward planning and never happy to rest on his laurels. As testament to this, Russell’s early career was spent hand crafting crystal glass; the decision to study IT came about when he was looking at a career change, and was initially a second choice to teaching or social work.
Managing Director – Grow – Small Business Marketing Experts
Alasdair advises scale up businesses on their marketing strategy and has taught workshops to almost 5,000 entrepreneurs.
He’s the British Library’s marketing expert in residence, teaches marketing internationally and mentors and teaches on business programmes and with incubators and accelerators.
Co-founder – Fresh Business Thinking
Francesca is the co-founder of Fresh Business Thinking, and online resource for business owners, directors, and entrepreneurs.

Nick assists a broad range of clients in structuring their long-term financial plans and discretionary portfolios. He works closely with accountancy, tax and financial planning professionals to ensure that all elements of a clients’ wealth (often including their businesses) are considered. Nick’s client base is broad and includes entrepreneurs, angel investors, professional sportsmen, personal injury settlements, and charities.
Nick has a particular focus on supporting business owners in structuring their personal financial affairs whilst they grow and eventually exit their businesses.

Chetan works alongside start-ups and fast-growth tech and entrepreneurial businesses, enabling them to succeed in their growth objectives, investment plans and exit strategies. Assisting with a range of assurance and business services from statutory financial reporting, audit, through to grant claims, Chetan helps to advise his client’s on a day-to-day basis.

Alistair acts as a trusted business advisor to his clients adding value and opportunities and minimising risk on a real time basis.
